Studio Policies
At Skin Sector Collective, every appointment is thoughtfully reserved to provide an unhurried, personalized experience. To honor the time of each guest and maintain the highest standard of care, we kindly ask that you review the following policies before scheduling your visit.
Begin Your Skin Journey
All new clients begin with The Skin Health Edit.
This comprehensive consultation allows us to thoroughly assess your skin, understand your goals, and develop a customized treatment plan designed to achieve long-term, healthy results. Beginning with this appointment ensures every treatment is intentional, effective, and tailored specifically to you.
Appointment Changes
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly request at least 48 hours' notice.
Appointments changed within 48 hours of the scheduled start time are subject to the following:
Your reservation deposit will be forfeited, as all deposits are non-refundable.
Facial appointments will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service value.
Advanced treatments, including microneedling and chemical peels, will incur a fee equal to 25% of the scheduled service value.
Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the reserved service value.
Multiple last-minute changes impact our ability to accommodate other clients. Three consecutive rescheduled appointments may also result in a 50% reservation fee.
Any outstanding cancellation or no-show fees must be paid before future appointments can be reserved.
Arriving for Your Appointment
We understand that occasional delays are unavoidable. If you anticipate arriving late, we encourage you to contact the studio as soon as possible.
Guests arriving 15 minutes or more after their scheduled appointment time may need to be rescheduled to preserve the experience of clients scheduled after them.
When scheduling permits, your provider may choose to modify your treatment to fit within the remaining appointment time. Regardless of the treatment length, the reserved appointment time remains unchanged, and the full service fee will apply.
Arriving on time allows us to provide the attentive, elevated experience every client deserves.
Services & Retail Purchases
Professional skincare treatments are customized specifically for each individual and, as such, all services are final and non-refundable.
For health, hygiene, and product integrity, all retail skincare purchases are final sale. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
Should your order arrive damaged or defective, please email info@skinsectorcollective.com with photographs of the item upon receipt. We will gladly assist with a replacement when applicable.
